this could be the season of the Sonny Milano redemption story, I hope, like you said, he got the spot light this off-season for the wrong reasons. As for the goaltending position, it's really Korpisalos to take.

Jarmo has to see Winnipeg's need for a D-man, especially w/ Byfuglien thinking of retiring. He should be talking about Laine. We have a nice stable of D-Men. I know it may be wishful thinking, but the Jets don't have the cap space to sign him along with Connor. Savard + Milano??? I want to keep Murray. Way too much upside to send away at this point. And certainly no Jones or Werenski. Nuti could be in play, but not both him and Savard.

Agreed !! I hope Jarmo is working on something. However, I would offer Murray in a package - really, any D not named Jones or Werenski, plus Milano, plus a Cleveland winger (or pick). Losing Murray on D is worth adding Connor or Laine to our O.
Alternately, I would also be open to a lesser trade for Ehlers. Maybe not Savard/Murray, but one of the other D, plus a lesser winger.
